개요

기기의 오동작 원인중, 정전기 방전에 의한 문제점들은 인과 관계를 쉽게 알 수 없으므로, 대책을 세우는데 있어서도 매우 어려운 현상들이다. 정전기에 의한 피해는 낮은 습도, 인공섬유의 융단, Vinyl 바닥 등의 조건하에서는 더욱 많은 문제를 일으키며, 이러한 트러블을 방지하기 위해서는 충분한 정전기 대책이 요구되어 진다. IEC pub. 61000-4-2 (EN 61000-4-2) 규격, ISO TR10605 & JASO D00194 시험뿐만 아니라 Field에서의 오동작 재현이나 대책 시험기로 기능을 중시해 최대 출력 전압 30KV 및 다양한 충전콘덴서와 방전저항을 각각 조합하여 사용함으로써 다양한 정전기시험 규격에 적합하게 사용할 수 있으며, Field 에서의 문제점에 좀 더 접근하여 시험 할 수 있도록 설계되어졌다

특징

IEC pub. 61000-4-2 (EN 61000-4-2) 규격에 준한 파형 발생이 가능하고, C-R Units를 자유로이 교환하여 다양한 파형을 발생시킬 수 있으며, 최대출력 전압은 접촉방전, 기중방전 모두 30KV까지 가능하다. ESS-2000AX는 충방전 콘덴서, 저항 및 방전Relay가 Gun 내부에 있기 때문에 적용된 전압과 관계없이 안정된 상승 전류값을 발생시키며, 재현 가능한 시험을 실행 할 수 있다. 여러가지 시험 조건의 실행을 완벽하게 자동적으로 시험 할 수 있도록 3가지 동작모드 IEC STANDARD, MANUAL, SEQUENCE MODE를 갖추고 있다. 규격에서 요구하는 시험환경 조건에 적합하도록 새롭게 디자인 되었다. 고객 편의를 위해 한글 지원
